Hi, I’m Kendra—and for years, I confused achievement with self-worth.
I chased titles, applause, and the next big milestone, convinced that success would finally silence the voice whispering, you’re still not enough. I built a version of myself that looked flawless on paper but felt disconnected, anxious, and constantly on edge behind the scenes.
I made choices that weren’t mine. I silenced my intuition to fit into rooms that rewarded performance over presence. I was climbing—but I wasn’t at peace.
Eventually, the cost became too high: fractured relationships, restless nights, and a creeping sense that I’d abandoned myself in the name of leadership.
That’s when everything shifted. I stopped asking, What more do I need to prove? And started asking, Who do I want to be—when I’m not performing for anyone?
Today, my work is rooted in that shift—from proving to presence. As an executive coach and leadership strategist, I guide high-achieving leaders through the messy, necessary work of reconnection—reclaiming their voice, emotional clarity, and capacity to lead from alignment instead of anxiety.
I’ve supported leaders through burnout, transitions, and reinvention. I’ve helped transform cultures by integrating emotional intelligence and humanity into the core of leadership—not as a soft skill, but as a strategic one.
Because the most powerful leaders aren’t the ones who get it perfect. They’re the ones who get honest—with themselves first.
If you’re tired of holding it all together while feeling like you’re falling apart—you’re not broken. You’re becoming.
Let’s build something true from that place.
My Approach
I help leaders stop performing and start belonging—to themselves, their truth, and their people.
Using the EQ-i 2.0 emotional intelligence framework, I support high-achieving, high-feeling humans in uncovering the patterns that drive their decisions, relationships, and inner dialogue.
Because imposter syndrome, burnout, and self-silencing aren’t flaws. They’re unexamined survival strategies—and they can be rewired.
For over two decades, I’ve coached senior leaders, guided teams through high-stakes transitions, and helped organizations reimagine leadership as something more human, sustainable, and real.
I created The Unworthy Leader Podcast™ to name what so many of us silently carry: the fear of not being enough. Through honest conversations and unpolished truths, we explore how embracing our unworthiness might just be the most powerful thing we can do.
I don’t teach performative leadership. I teach presence. Not the kind you perform, but the kind you live.
Let’s begin there.
