Healing begins with your willingness to honor your truth, your past, so you can move beyond it into the present moment.

It is From there your future is created.

Dear friend,

You are here, right now and that is beautiful. Take a deep breath.

I know how frustrating, confusing and hurtful it is when wounds resurface over and over again, even long after you have “put them away.” I have experienced the pressure of living a life out of alignment - one that portrays all you feel you aren’t in the present moment. Everything will be okay and it will get better - I promise. I say this with conviction because I believe you wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t in God’s plan.

I began my journey in healing decades ago, yet I didn’t really have my awakening until 17 years ago. Through this long transformation and deep healing process I have learned much, and it’s my intention to share it all with you so you may either begin or enrich your healing journey and make progress faster than I did.

I carry a fundamental belief that what happens us is supposed to happen. The practices and methods which I use daily to support myself and my clients are cultivated to assist in the process of honoring their past and history so they are able to open up to experiencing the deepest form of compassion - compassions for Self - as they move through gratitude into prosperity.

I am so honored you’re here and don’t believe it’s by mistake. Contact me if you want to learn more about working with me and the type of clients I take on, and I will be sure to respond.

With so much compassion, love, and gratitude,
